Returns may be made within 5 days of receiving the product. A request to return any item must be made by emailing us at: orders@woodyssportinggoods.com
Customers returning products will be given a store credit for the amount of the product only. Some returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some products are not returnable. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Bows, Crossbows, battery powered items, videos and DVD's are not returnable. **NOTE** All Item for Warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer.
Please follow the instructions below to return a product.
1. Call our Customer Service Dept. at 610-678-7807 for a Return Authorization number.
2. Please copy your invoice for the product you are returning and return it with the product. Retain a copy for your records.
3. On the Outside of the package your are returning write the Return Authorization number that you received from our Customer Service Representative. The Return Authorization number MUST BE written on the outside of the package.
4. Send the package insured and prepaid by the USPS or UPS. Address the package to Attn: RETURNS DEPARTMENT, Woody's Sporting Goods, 35 Werner Street, Wernersville, PA 19565.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
