Shipping Timing: We ship most items within 24 hours from the time your payment is received.
There are some cases where your item may take longer, if it is greater than five days you will be contacted.  Items that require construction or customization will take longer to ship because of the work being performed.   We cannot control the companies used to ship the items, if you experience delays or service issues with these companies we do not offer refunds based on these issues (see Return Policy).  We will work with you to find lost or damaged items.
  • Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
  • Please note Bows and any order over $200 will require an ADULT signature at the time of delivery. This is for both your protection and ours. We can make no exceptions to this policy.

Expedited Orders: We all know that sometimes you need an item fast. Please when ordering an “emergency” item, also send us a message using the "Comments" field so we can give your order special care. Please remember that our shipping department has cut-off times when the carrier collects the packages for the day. Orders placed late in the day may not be able to ship until the next business day. If you wish to expedite your order using a higher priority shipping method you will be required to pay the additional shipping upcharge, THIS INCLUDES ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING OTHERWISE… ADULT SIGNATURES WILL STILL BE REQUIRED ON CERTAIN ITEMS.

Free Shipping Details:
  • Bows that can be shipped (per Manufacturer Rules) are eligible for FREE shipping.
  • Only free shipping in Domestic US.
  • Excludes heavy or oversize package orders, restrictions applied automatically to these items once added to your shopping cart.
  • When using the "Free Shipping" option we will determine the fastest and most reliable economy shipping method for you. If you have special needs for your package or a specific carrier you would like to use, please notate that in the comments section at check out, we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

Return Policy: At Woody’s Sporting Goods your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you purchase a product and then wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of the in store purchase or product delivery. Refunds will be for 100% as long as the product was not opened, assembled, or used in any way.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT or REFUND ANY RETURNS OF USED or OPENED GOODS.

Bow Purchases: Once a non-packaged assembled bow has left the store it is non-refundable.

Online and Phone Purchases: If Product was ordered online, customer must pay to ship it back and insure the parcel for its value. If we see that the package was opened and the product was used, we will refuse it. If the Item was shipped to the customer for free, the refund will be issued minus the initial cost of shipping.

Damaged/Missing Products: If you received an item that was damaged as a result of shipping, or if the product was never received, contact Woody’s, we will file a claim and proceed from there. If you receive a clearly damaged or opened product as a result of shipping it should be refused and you should contact Woody’s. If your product is damaged or defective but arrived with the packaging in good condition, your recourse will then be through the manufacturer’s warranty services.

Incomplete Orders Shipped: If you receive an incomplete order simply contact Woody’s and we will confirm the original order and send the remainder of your order ASAP at no additional shipping cost to you.

NO RETURNS OF ANY ELECTRONIC OR BATTERY OPERATED DEVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ITEMS COVERED UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SHOULD BE HANDLED THROUGH THEM AND NOT WOODY'S.
